The Crossroads Programme

Our approach involves six one-to-one counselling sessions. It also includes self-awareness exercises, along with feedback and discussion. Our accredited life coach and counsellor provides telephone and email support and also offers further one-to-one sessions across Hampshire and Dorset.

Our programme follows three clear stages:

1) Where are you now?

• What is important to you (including values, family, work, leisure etc.)?

• What really makes you happy?

• What issues are you facing?

2) Where do you want to get to?

• Define new goals and life plans.

• Discover what would make your heart sing and give you the life you want.

• Open up your mind and heart to new possibilities!

3) How will you get there?

• Focus on what you want and make any changes one step at a time.

• Stay motivated when the going gets tough with our continuous, unbiased support.

• Progress more rapidly than you expected as you look forward to a bright new future.
